Procedures for Emergencies and Illness

1. Method of transportation

A. Call parent to pick up child.
B. If parent cannot be reached, call child's emergency numbers listed on application and authorization forms.
C. If necessary call an ambulance

2. Notification of parents

A. Call parents work or home.
B. If parents cannot be reached, call child's emergency numbers listed on application and authorization forms.
C. Call ambulance if necessary.

3. Procedures when parents cannot be reached at home.

A. If parents cannot be reached, call child's emergency numbers listed on application and authorization forms.
B. Call ambulance if necessary.

4. Emergency procedures during field trips

A. Call parents work or home.
B. If parents cannot be reached, call child's emergency numbers listed on application and authorization forms.
C. Call ambulance if necessary.

Child would be accompanied to the Emergency facility by Lucy Lukason or another teacher.
