In the event of loss of electricity at our center we would also be without heat and water. Due to this fact, it is our determination that it would be unsafe and unhealthy to keep children in our center. If we were to experience a power loss we would wait for 30 minutes to see if the power is restored, if not we would notify parents to pick up or have a person designated on the child's consent form to pick the child up.
In the event of the loss of water we would again close the center. It would be unhealthy to keep children in attendance without running water or toilet facilities.

In the event the building had to be evacuated and we were unable to return to the building, children will be transported to St. Mark's Church hall, parents will be notified to pick children up. St. Mark's Church is located at 356 Boston Road in Sutton.
